Board member Tom Arnold visits Sister City – Salamanca,Mexico

Tom Arnold was welcomed by the outgoing and incoming City Mayors of Salamanca, our Sister City in Mexico a couple of days ago. (The change of their administration is going to be October 10th).

Tom is involved in many activities and visits to facilitate the process of re-establishing contact, and exchange programs with our partners in Mexico.
